Will Attorney Spencer personally handle the case?

I personally manage every case I accept. So, when you hire me, you get me! While there may be times that an assistant will call you with information regarding court dates or required documentation, if you request a call, I will return your call within a reasonable time.


What happens when you hire Sharon Spencer Law Firm?

Do all cases go to trial?

Not all cases will go to trial, as some cases are resolved through plea negotiations or settlements. However, if trial is necessary for your case, I am fully prepared to fight for you!


What are the firm’s hours?

The office’s business hours are 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday. However, understanding that injustice has no concept of time, our phones are open 24/7. Please note that when calling outside of general business hours, there may be a delayed response. However, Attorney Spencer will work diligently to respond within a reasonable time.
